About Legion Was Here

Legion Was Here is an unofficial fan resource. It is not affiliated with Geoffroy Monde or Surefire.Games, and it is not an official wiki.

What this site is

A small set of guides for Legion Was Here, written for people who are actually playing it: how the mission loop works, how to read a dossier without guessing, how the operating room is meant to be used, what the demo contains and where it breaks, and the release facts on one page.

Where the information comes from

Every factual claim on this site traces back to something public and checkable:

  • the Steam store listing and its API data, including price status, supported languages, platforms and system requirements
  • the developer's own Steam announcements, including the release date post and the patch notes for the demo
  • the demo's Steam discussion board, including replies from the developer
  • public Steam reviews of the demo, used only for what players report about their own experience

Where a number is the developer's own figure rather than something independently measurable — the face combination count, for example — the page says so. Where something is not public yet, the page says that instead of estimating.

What this site does not do

It does not reproduce official marketing text, and it does not invent puzzle answers. Mission walkthroughs describe structure and known problems rather than solving the identity puzzles, because those are the game.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, out of date, or was written from a bad source, corrections are welcome and get applied quickly. The contact page has the address. Developer or publisher requests about imagery or naming are handled the same way.
